The price is about the same as what you'd pay from a normal distributor, if you met their minimum order quantity (usually 20+ panels). Buying just a couple panels at that price is nice if that is all you need, but isn't the kind of deal that would be worth dropping all other plans to pursue.

In FL you have to design your mounting to handle 160 - 180 MPH winds, depending on where you are. Check out IronRidge's ground mount. You can design it to meet the local code. They have a terrific online Design Assistant to help you design it right. Ignore the prices they give, it's MSRP.
