I agree with you here J.P.M, I do worry about rumors that many yelp reviews are fake accounts made by advertisement companies.

Da ya' think maybe ?? Follow the money. Why wouldn't that happen ? Everyone is honest, ethical and true blue, right ? Yea, sure they are.

Thanks for sharing the details. I'm in Bay Area and just starting the process - though the prices are not the same between NorCal and SoCal, still knowing some of the numbers help to get started.

A paid for yelp review in not advertising. Sunrun was offering their salespeople $150 for each five star yelp review they could generate.

Nice, it seems like average prices are coming down. No one has posted a $5 price in a few weeks.

If you end up delayed, the solaredge 7600 will be available at the end of the year. This is the first inverter to work with the powerwall.

M in my opinion LG is second only to SunPower, in terms of reliability and efficiency (arguable, and time will tell, of course).

Yeah... LG's marketing is much better than most, I think. They haven't been making panels very long, relative to some of the other bigger players, so statements about reliability are hard to support. In terms of actual performance, I've seen nothing that supports a premium for their panels over others of a similar wattage, but frequently, one exists.

Seems to be a good example of how deciding and knowing what you want and then getting several vendors to quote can lead to a better outcome at a sharp(er) price.

I bet you will get a much better job because of the work you've done.
