Oh wow! Molten salt tech is more or less dead but projects take years to catch on. It is only good for a couple of hours.

Wasn't Spain working on molten salt technology? They were using concentrated solar to heat the salts. I thought they were doing well with it and showed a minimal delta T after 8 hours of no sunlight.Comment

I haven't read that about the minimal delta T but just the thermal cycling will kill of such plants I believe.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]Comment
