SDGE Usage Data Download for Day, Hour 15-min Issue

I'm looking for an SDGE user to log into the SDGE portal, go to Usage and see if you can download (click on the Download Accessible Excel Version in green at the bottom left) when Day, Hour, or 15-min data. For the last several weeks for me, I can successfully download only Month data - all others just give the "waiting" indicator and never complete.

I've reported this to SDGE but am getting nowhere in getting this fixed. Even captured a video and sent it to them. I've used the Day download for years to track my usage, but it's not worked for weeks now.

I'm trying to determine if this is just my account data that's messed up, or an everyone issue.

    Thanks in advance for feedback.

    Charlie:
I can get the 15 minute data by day for any day in the past but only 1 day at a time and only the graphical representation - not the excel spreadsheet version.

I don't fool with my array's output anymore for a number of reasons - mostly because I ran out of stuff to confirm besides panel deterioration as f(time)- but I'll keep fooling with the SDG & E site and advise if I have any luck or anything else I find.

    Regards,

Thanks for confirming it's not just my account.

I wasn't sure because two of my last three bills had estimated read days - they basically had communication issues pulling the TOD usage from my meter and thus per what they told me they make a guess on when usage occurred. Not to happy about this but they say they are monitoring my meter and will change it if there is continuing issues. The bill actually stated X% estimated usage data - from the percentage and the number of days in the billing cycles, it seems the January bill cycle had 2 estimated days and March 3 estimated days.

Supposedly their IT department now has my bug report (complete with traces from Chrome browser debugging tools, and captured screen video). I got an email thanking for my input and stating it typically takes a minimum of two weeks for a fix. I haven't yet offered to come out of retirement to fix the issue - but thinking I should lol.

        Charlie:

        Understood.
        You most welcome.
        My pleasure.
Maybe they'll have it straightened out soon.

FWIW, I usually get 1 - 2 dropouts/month but somehow (?) they seem to adjust themselves out over the long haul as my records and theirs are within ~ +/- ~ 0.2 or so kWh over a billing period and pretty much dead nuts over 12 billing periods.

        Regards,
