I'm not quite sure what's the right answer to this topic. However, if you need a good real estate company to help you or give you some tips, you should contact .......... I have been collaborating with them for some years now, and they were always open to every question I had, and even if they didn't know the exact answer, they gave me some tips or some contacts to find all the information I needed. Their work is mostly done online, so it's better to call or email them if you're not in the country.

To keep the drift going the EV credit was extended to 2021 but the IRS did not issue new forms until late in the tax season. Turbo Tax was not updated until late March/early April (2022) and would not recognize the EV charger credit for 2021. I ended up filing early to get my refund then filed a 1040X to collect the EV charger credit once Turbo Tax would accept it. Note even with a updated TT, I had to manually revise the values on form 8911 as TT would not allow me to enter it through the dialogue.

No one here can answer this question with certainty. It would help if you had a tax specialist or an experienced real estate lawyer who monitors any changes in this area. As for a real estate attorney, I recommend the services swpdx law services. regularly assist clients in residential and commercial real estate matters, working closely with title companies, brokers, and other professionals. This is a team of professionals who can resolve any issues related to real estate. I often turn to them in difficult situations so that I can trust them with confidence.
