I'd bet the final selling price will be whatever the market will bear.

If I was a potential buyer of your equipment, I'd find the lowest price on unused SolarWorld 295 W or equivalent panels on the net from a supplier. If you couldn't provide documents from the IRS that verified new equipment status for your offering, I'd take 30% off that price, and then knock some off of that and start negotiating.
