That is a big system. About what did the whole thing cost after installation?

Panels were $8800.00, racking was 9000.00, 4 charge controllers were 2000 total, both radians were 15000 total, batteries were 11,000. 30 kw diesel generator was 12,000. other equipment, wire and installation amount to 23,000.......looks like 80,800 total...of which i got 30% back....so in the end i am 56000 out of pocket. If anyone does this.......dont get such a big diesel back up generator.....go with a 14kw. 30KW is BIG overkill. Its is the only thing id have done different

you don't get the federal ITC on a diesel generator so that would be $68,800 for solar less ITC of $20,640 = $48,160 + Generator $12,000 = $60,160 (not $56,000)
