    It was a joke but I would agree with you if this was a DIY.

    It isn't though. For a professional install to purposefully void the warranty a major piece of equipment on the install as well as cause lose of production like this is definitely grounds to get them to replace the equipment with the right solution. The installers price difference on the SE6000A to the SE7600A is less than $150.
