    You're welcome.

There's any number of sites on the net. Google is your friend. The only option I'd use with currently common racking is a vertical post at least 6" long, and double flashing of the kind that's been around for a long time and has proved it's leak tightness and serviceability when installed in a competent and professional manner.

While new(er) methods are evolving, and some may prove fit for purpose, IMO, it's too soon to pronounce most any of them as being fit for long term service. I'll let others try their luck and see what shakes out after another 5-10 years of field experience.

Thanks again to all for your help.

I'm going to by a EV this weekend so I'm actually going to install a 6.5kw PV system, here is the quotes:
      - $3.22/W with SolarWorld 325, Unirack or Everest I can choose
      - $3.18/W with SolarWorld 280, Everest but I can choose Unirack
      - $3.55/W with SolarWorld 285, Unirack
They all quoted with SolarEdge 7600 (planning on installing Tesla Power Wall and few panels later when I get my 2nd EV).
      All have work comp insurance.

It looks like Unirack have more history than the Everest racks.

The three company do penetrations but the first one is flexible and is willing to do standoffs.

I'm probably going with the 1st quote, the company owner is a certified electrician has been doing solar for the last 6 years in Colorado and just moved back in Jersey in the town I live. He will be doing the work himself with a helper. I feel more comfortable going with him because even solar doesn't work for his business he is still going to be around as an electrician. He also is NABCEP certified.
