There's any number of sites on the net. Google is your friend. The only option I'd use with currently common racking is a vertical post at least 6" long, and double flashing of the kind that's been around for a long time and has proved it's leak tightness and serviceability when installed in a competent and professional manner.
While new(er) methods are evolving, and some may prove fit for purpose, IMO, it's too soon to pronounce most any of them as being fit for long term service. I'll let others try their luck and see what shakes out after another 5-10 years of field experience.
