    Connectivity?

I have a 4.88kw system with Schneider elecronics. I want to see the production of the system away from home. The Conext Combox is connected to my wifi as well as my cellphone, but I can only access it at home. What am I doing wrong?

to view it outside your homes local network, you need to create a PORT through your Router. Best left to a computer guru, if you do it wrong, you expose your home network to the global internet of hackers

As @Mike90250 said, you can modify your router's configuration to do port redirection of your public IP to your Combox's IP. You can combine that with a Dynamic DNS service.

Alternatively, you could let a computer running at your home (which has access to your Combox) with TeamViewer or something else and access it remotely. If you know networking very well, you could also combine a VPN + reverse tunnel (that's what I do) to access it from anywhere.

Finally, if all the above options aren't good, you could scrap the Combox and get a Conext Gateway.
