Help identifying the type of mounting hardware for PV panels

The idea of moving an ENTIRE ARRAY (that was not designed to be movable) is
scary to me. Panels do not have on-off switches, an array can generate a very
lethal amount of power. Wires and grounds, not to mention panel surfaces, are
pretty easily broken if roughed up.

Working in the dark (as I often have done) has its own hazards, but at least the
array is not such a hot potato. good luck, Bruce Roe

If done in the evening after the sun dips down, and done in steps, should be fine.
Just requires planning.

Have two people, lift each panel 2", stick a block under it.
Lather, rinse, repeat, and don't let anything slide off the roof.


Detach the dead microinverters,
install new microinverers.


I'd be LESS worried about this: detaching the old panels and the old electrical connection.
Note the photo it appears to be just one row of panels.

The double row makes it harder to lift. But not impossible.
It's still the same procedure, lift 1.6" segments, sticking blocks under.

Do U have a photo of the Enphase attachment hardware?
