I've seen wire nuts (twist locks) for 24V sprinkler systems with dielectric goop in them, but not for 240VAC. Guess I never needed them.

FWIW no home with single phase 240/120 service has 240 volt to ground voltages. L1 to L2 is 240 volts, but not L-G or L-N.
