High quality zip's will help you here. mcmaster.com has good ones - not the crappy ones you will find at big box stores. Look at part numbers 69455K41 and 7130K46

I used on average 5 zip's per panel for my ground mount. The PV cord can be put into loops (I would not recommend anything under 8" diameter) and zipped to the top of the rails under the panel. Take your time - yes its a pain in the rear - and you will be surprised how clean it will look. This was the last thing I did before my final inspection, and I think I was out there that night until 4:30am finishing it up....

For expediency I went with the local suppliers. I bought 3 brands and marked the lock with paint to ID which is which. As they fail I will know what brands to stay away from. I will consider this a maintenance expense and as time goes on will try the various brands offered here. Perhaps in the mean time I will come up with a tray solution... The local food store seems to throw out those heavy plastic grid-bread delivery trays and maybe cutting to fit would work -with supports in the rail side channel. Maybe a light fixture grid- UV rated of course, if they make one....

When my electrician saw this, they said... that's exactly what they would have done.

Syberdog.....good job......all connections out of range of drip zones and most connections at the top of the circles. That little bit of extra effort will pay dividends in less maintenance down the road.
