That output sounds similar to mine for close to the same day.

FWIW, my output on 10/22 at the time of minimum solar angle of incidence on the array (1253 HRS., P.D.T.) was 3,985 Watts. System STC size is 5,232 Watts. P.O.A. irradiance was 914 Watts/m^2, total P.O.A. irradiance on the array was 23,850 Watts,. Amb. air temp. @ the array was 33.4 C.. Amb. temp. at ground level was 28.9 C. Average panel temp. was about 53.6 C. Wind velocity @ the array was 3.2 m/sec. Array tilt: 18.75 deg. Array azimuth: 195.75 deg.

    Yours: 220/285 = 0.772

    Mine : 3,985/5,232 = 0.762

Guess I missed something. What does a Solar grid tie system have to do with an electric vehicle???
