Question on adding circuit breaker to solar panels

I've got 9 Hyundai Hid-S305 solar panels wired in series (each panel is max rated for 305 watts, 40.1 Volts, 9.9 amps) and I'm looking to put a circuit breaker and quick disconnect between the panels and inverter. The circuit breaker and QD are each rated for 1000 volts and 40 amps and want to make sure they will be able to handle the power produced from the 9 panels. TIA

Is that the open circuit rating at 25C? Be aware the voltage rises a lot at very low temps, and
at open circuit vs MPPT. Make sure the circuit breaking devices are DC rated for your system,
which is generally much lower than the AC rating. The combiner box here uses fuses instead
of breakers for panel strings, as DC breakers over 500 VDC are quite large and expensive.
