Inverter fans run most of the time?

Hello, I have a new Schneider Conext SW 4024 inverter that fans run more hours then not?? From what I can find out, the fan should kick on when the internal temp reaches 113 degrees F. The room temperature and the battery temps are in the 70's. I have heard that there may be an issue with the firmware loaded into these units and that 3.+ and up version corrects this issue, I'm running a 2.+ version. Anyone have more info on this issue?

I'd say look into having your dealer update your firmware, if you don't have a Combox to do it with.

My XW inverter gets pretty toasty (about 2Kw in loads) before the fan comes on.
