    One reason you have not found a lot of good information for a 12v battery system using 6 x 6v units is because going with 3 parallel sets can cause issues by not charging or discharging all of the batteries equally.

    The attached link called Smart Gauge shows different wiring techniques for battery systems. To get an idea for your system think of one of the 12volt batteries in the diagrams on that website as 2 of your 6v wired in series.
