  • Cellular Monitoring not working

    I have a solar edge inverter installed by Petersen Dean with a cellular connection. This was installed last November and has been working fine until 4/15. The green light is on which indicates the solar is still producing but I’m unable to monitor. Petersen Dean is out I guess due to shelter in place (so I’ve heard) and solar edge tried to do a reset on their end. We also turned it off and cycled it back on and still no monitoring. Has anyone had a problem like this and if so, how was it fixed? Thanks

    We have monitoring problems with our solar systems all the time. Try re-seting everything, wait a few days, wait a few more days. Call tech support....

      This happens sometimes with Solar Edge. It usually fixes itself within a day or two.
