Can UV lamp substitute the flood light in Night time solar charging???

In my observation in these past few days 12 to 18 deg C cloudy and rainy weather the solar arrays still producing pulsing voltage of 18 v dc going down the charge controller,,
Beside a halogen lamp or incandescent lamp Can we use a UV lamp to use in the solar panels????

Ive seen remote telecom transmitters with solar panels charging batteries in day time and night time using floodlights on the solar panels??? either by genset or excess solarge charge???

Trying to light up a solar panel with floodlights is an effort in futility. You will expend much more energy than will be gained.

I just want to know if UV can be a substitute ..... as for floodlights I can light 3 110 v ac neon indication lamps and 1 10 w fluro / 30 red led lamps with 12 v 1 ma current

This is complete non-sense and impossible. If it were possible you can do this. Go to the coast of the Philippines, get a running start, and jump over the China Sea to Vietnam. You will not need a boat or plane to get there.

that Joule Ringer video, is not magic, it's just a high frequency step up transformer and oscillator.

.2A @ 12V = 2.4 watts. Something is wrong, maybe the measurements ?
