PG&E Rule 21 non export solar generating notification

Anyone lives in California and currently having NEM1. In order to keep NEM1 status and I want to install another parallel non export system. Anyone have experience with filling application to PG&E. Which forms need to file.

How does a non export system parallel a grid-tied system?
