I've searched the forum and could not find an answer. I am wanting to keep a group 27 AGM battery "maintained" during the winter while the boat it is in sits unused. I need to use solar to do that. Looking on Amazon there are 100s of choices. Could someone please point me to what I should buy?

Recommendation Please: Solar panel battery maintainer.

I have 5 of these on various classic autos I keep outdoors as well as my 12VDC portable lift. They work great as a battery maintainer but not as a charger for a deeply discharged battery. The LED is bright enough that I can easily see it in the bright sun. I buy these through a local Amazon Returns clearance center and get them for $20-$25 most times.
