Please refer to the photo. If you have a hard time seeing it it’s basically 2 solid bars coming from the meter through to the main lugs in the panel. Or into the lugs of the main breaker.
Does anyone know how to tap into the bars feeding the panel ? I need to go from the main panel feeders to an ATS. Is there a way to tap these or do those bars need to be changed to wires? Thank you.

Looking at the picture a good electrician should be able to make the necessary changes to connect you to a transfer switch then back to the panel. Not a DIY project that can be explained from the internet.

That doesn’t really answer the question. Do they make taps for that or do they need to be changed to wires? If the can won’t accept wires then I’ll change the can.

From what I can tell.
If there’s no way to tap into that bar it will need to be changed to a feed through panel. Also that interior main is 125A not 200A

As you can see from your one-line drawing you don't tap the main. Instead, you put a 60A breaker in the panel and feed the ATS. (Your 11.4KW inverter will only supply 47 amps @ 240V.)
