Anyone deal with NovaSource Power Services?
I had 21 solar panels installed ~12 years ago with enPhase micros. Over time a few panel (diodes) went bad as well as a few micros.
Ross had installed them (in CT) then they sold to ConEd then sold to RWE. RWE had sent out a guy last year to replace a micro that enPhase mailed me.
I now have another panel underproducing (1/3-1/2 lower than others - same symptoms as prior issues) so suspect it is a micro. (Though no error report on the app, etc. thought none prior either.)
I wrote to RWE and they responded weeks ago they informed enPhase (who sent me another micro), and said that NovaSource Power Services is now handling warranty. But is has been weeks and no reply from RWE (email) no return call from NovaSource Power Services.
Anyone deal with NovaSource Power Services.... are they reliable, etc.?
I am thinking I may just replace the micro myself... as it is the lowest panel on my garage roof (I barely need to get on the roof to unbolt the panel to move it, etc. Assume I need to contact enPhase with new serial number after I replace it?
