Well, it looks as though NEM 3.0 is again on the spotlight, here in California. In an article published today on PV-Magazine's website titled California “don’t tax the sun” rooftop solar rally planned, potential changes are identified. They include a “glide path”, non-bypassable charges, and a tariff to boost community solar.
