I think what you're looking for is a "zero export" setup.
I know Solaredge has that available in some countries (not sure about Spain)
It requires an additional meter to measure consumption in real time, so that if your consumption drops it can decrease your production accordingly.

"zero export" will decrease the benefits of a solar system. Possibly significantly.
Most likely you will be limited in how much power you can generate around solar-noon because you can only generate what you're going to self-consume immediately..

HI we live in Ibiza spain they do not like you to feedback ,last person i know who tried it is still waiting for permission to feedback,, 1and a half years latter, spain has been fine by the EU many times for putting up hurdles against solar .anyway rant over,,,we spent 4000 euro on battery's 4 years ago there are gone down already thats why we want to set up the system with no battery;s , I will look at solar edge Thanks

There are a couple of hybrid inverters that work as grid tied with zero feedback and work without batteries as well.
Goodwe and Sunsynk/Deye are the ones I know for sure.

Many inverters can be set to zero export with a external control unit. We have done numerous system where we needed to limit export based on utility transformer size. See https://www.solar-log-america.com/

Enphase also supports export limiting and I believe they sell in Spain.
