-181 kWh probably is the equavalent of a $62.54 credit so it looks like the previous credit was simply wiped and reset to zero. If anyone is in the same boat, the phone number for SDGE is 800-411-7343, option 1, then option 5 to speak to a someone at SDGE that is knowledgable about Solar. Not sure why they cannot print that on the Bill since they know which of us is Solar. -
SDGE Billing Errors
SDGE's "my account" was recently down for a week while they did some system upgrades. I just received my Bill and I believe it is incorrect.
Here's a screenshot of last month's bill showing "Remaining Credit" of around $171.

Here's a screenshot of my recent bill:

So although I generated more than I used and I'm a NEM 1.0 customer, the remaining credit on my account has dropped by around $110?
I believe they have it wrong.
Anyone else seeing the same thing?
