I'd suggest at this point, getting yourself a little solid state Oscope and see if your inverter is actually working properly. Burning out LED's is a voltage spike problem. Maybe the inverter is not producing a good sine wave and that's showing up as a problem elsewhere.

I am thinking that a combination of those dimmers and LEDs may be causing something the inverter does not think is good. Dirty power is a result of installing high emitting harmonic devices to the system. They may help reduce power consumption but they also can cause major issues with the power distribution system.

Some day ask me about some of the casinos in Macau China that have outside LED lighting that have caused the internal lights to flicker. It was a fun job to fix.

My first thought is insert some ferro resonant transformers to do some filtering? Bruce Roe

I agree that some type of filter is needed but exactly what type is still up in the air.
If it is harmonic distortion then a fixed or variable frequency filter would be needed. If the issue is just RF then that ferro transformer may work.

Thank you everyone for your input. So today I called Tesla...and after 1 hr and 22 minutes on the phone, I hung up...mostly because my phone ran out of battery. Anyway, I decided to call Solar Edge....they answered in 20 minutes, got my serial number, and proceeded to tell me my inverter appears to not have been working properly ( i think she said has not been fully producing correctly) since mid June!!!!!!!! JUNNEEEEE. Side note, every time I call Tesla they tell me everything appears to be working fine in my system when they check it. Anyway, they gave me a case number and told me to call an installer to have them come trouble shoot. So I hang up and decide I was happy with that but not happy enough so I called Tesla back and gave them a piece of my mind about it and use my Solar Edge case number as ammo. My thought is I don't think I should have to pay for it since I'm leasing. It's THEIR product. I don't own it. They do. So I got alot off my chest and their scheduling is supposed to call me in a few days to set up an appointment. Such a relief but I just feel like the battle has only begun. Tesla has put me through so many hurdles on this that I can't imagine the next step will be any easier.

I appreciate everyone here though. Just reading all the possible problems and solutions has helped me understand the product more and will help me when Tesla comes out to the house

Well, before you got thru to service, I'd had the following thought

At the main panel, pull the breaker for the line feeding those lights, and rig a plug on it, and plug it into a small inverter generator. (honda eu1000 or 2000)
See if that inverter can power the lights at all intensitys.

With wired in fixtures, it's hard to pull 1 and measure it with a VA meter

I presume the terms of your Power Purchase Agreement are that you pay per kWhr of production. Did you notice any trend in that bill? Do you use the Tesla App to track that production? That would be the only metric that Tesla would care about. My daughter bought a home with a Solar City PPA on it and they got a call when my son in law changed the router and the Zigbee device that sent data to Tesla via the internet was not reporting.
