Hi guys,

A bit of a long shot, but I'm looking for local suppliers for solar panels in Calgary.

So far I have been quoted $475 for a 40W koryo form DC power

and $370 for a 80W BP from sky fire energy.

Try Sunelec or sun electronics they have pretty good pricing and way better than what you got. Not sure if there is import duty to you since Nafta. but those prices were upwards of $10 watt for a panels only Thats more than most companies get per watt installed with warranty and a profit.

My involvement was limited - just a freight shipment of tubes, but when the shipper depalletted them and broke a few lugging via strapping they were easy to deal with a credit for the damage without any hassle.
Responded to emails, courteous, timely, no complaints from me. Would use them again.
They're closer to you then me and they don't shield a buyer from the details or CSA approvals.
