    Condensation

From what I have been able to research, if I enclose my cells in a dry environment, then I will enclose only dry air and get no moisture build up on the inside of the enclosure. Is this a reasonable assumption?

    thanks

yes provided what you enclose them in is impervious to water vapor and 100% impervious. leaving the cells in air with oxygen will degrade the cells eventually

Any idea what a threshold might be for a dry level. I sealed up a panel one morning 3 months ago when humidity was 35% and it is doing great. You think I could get by with 40 or 45%? I am using a silicon made for Acrylics and vinyl siding "J" channel around the perimeter. I am hoping to get a long life span out of it. What do you think?

neither material is resistant to water vapor. Eventually enough vapor will pass through the material to begin condensation.
