    w00t! Just hit a megawatt-hour...I think.

Just glanced at my production before heading home from work. Looks like i hit one Megawatt-hour. (Unless I need to wait for 1024 kWh...)

I've found that even with a more generous derate factor, the "estimated harvest" that the Public Service Commission and (in my case) PJM-GATS uses to calculate your RECs are conservative in the extreme. According to PJM-GATS, I have earned only 9 SRECs, but by Enphase reckoning (which is AC side) I am passing 12. I may switch to actual harvest if the difference continues to widen.

I have clients that are in the same boat.
My recollection of your system is you are using Enphase inverters. PV watts doesn't give credit for them which is what your system was certified at.

The PSC claims that the more generous derate compensates for micros.

Unfortunatly, I've been using computers since I was nine years old, when I had a 4K TRS-80 at my disposal. I'm stuck thinking a "mega" anything is a factor of 1024. :P

How much more are you generating? I have other clients that have been averaging about 5% more production than their system is certified for. This could be that weather conditions have been better in the last year than the historical averages used to compute SREC's

As I said, the estimates have awarded me 9, but the monitoring says I am passing 12.

is your monitor on your system, or the utility meter ?? Many manufacturers "inflate" their metering, to reduce trouble calls.

Hey, I've been on hold for 20 minutes, my system is putting out 124% of rated power, whats wrong with it.

That's a 25% difference! And I would consider that to be beyond the margin of error

The installer offered to buy them outright to lower the upfront cost, and offered to be the aggregator as well. I've only sold 7 so far, but I did so on SRECTrade. I am banking them from the start of the year and will probably sell another batch at the end of the summer.

Take a look at sol systems for selling them
I have had a few clients sign up with them and have been happy, also I think their commission is smaller than srectrade.

SREC trade charges a commission only if you use their EASYREC automated system. The auctions have gone off as advertised and have been free (to me). My beef is with the slow rate of accrual in PJM-GATS vs. real-world performance.

I'm starting to wonder about how your system was certified with the PSC and if they derated the system correctly.
