In my point of view, i think the forecasting is quite accurate.
As I see in the market, the price of the crystalline solar panel dropped alot since the fall of 2010. The price is almost 1.1 Euro/Watt, and there is exceed supply less demand in the European market. It is a best time for buyer to buy panel in Euro since the price is cheap, but it would be a bad situation for a manufacturer like me.
