Optimal Plant Design via Intelligent Mounting

The widely prevalent practice in the design of power plants is to mainly optimize various parameters of cost involved in BOS while ensuring the required power efficiency. At this level, Panels and their quality seem to be the most important facets in making a project viable. What is neglected is the inclusion of mounting systems optimization, which when performed will ensure that the minutest of the parameters involved in the whole plant are optimized for.

Involving the mounting structures design right from the early stages of project conception would bring about a holistic approach to address the main concerns of building a sustainable power plant. Optimization of the plant via mounting structures should the in the forefront from the inception of the project. Design of mounting structures deals with area optimization, cost to manufacturing, speed a execution, and finally the quality of the complete installation. These facets when not paid heed to can affect the sustainability of the plant in the long run.

And your point ? All this and more are things folks knowledgeable in plant and equipment design, project engineering and project management already know.
