World Record efficiency in Polycrystalline Solar Panel - 32.4%

We have achieved 32.4% efficiency on a Polycrystalline Silicon Panel - read "PANEL" - not cells. This is a world record for any kind of Solar Panel. This is also the maximum efficiency that can be achieved given the Shockley Queisser (SQ) Limit which speaks about 33%.

How was this achieved?
A special "natural" light sensitive electromagnetic coating was given to the panel, which enables maximum conversion of sunlight to power. This coating is organic and does not contain any chemicals. The process is simple. Just mix the powder in water and coat the solar panels or cells to achieve maximum efficiency.

We are in the process of getting a UL Certificate for this efficiency record. Once done, we will republish under this post. It is not easy in a country like India with the limited resources that we have here to get things done. We are limited by everything. - except passion.

That is pure BS. UL certifies safety, not efficiency. UL does not publish or test efficiency of products.

Two totally different things - UL compliant is used for equipment or components - nothing to do with verifying claims such as yours.

Even if IIT Bombay say it is so you will have to go through other scientific organizations for replication of results.

As you don't seem to have engineers or scientists on your staff I am not expecting anything to come of it.

I would say this is more of a hoax.

There isn't any break through's happening in India for atleast the next 25 years, the technology is that far behind, not to mention who would finance this?

The highest efficiency cell on the open market to date only achieves 22.9% conversion efficiency, "without glass". On a molecular level to have an additive claim that it can change the physical characteristics of a cell to convert more sunlight to electricity I find extremely hard to believe.

Besides who boasts something that could be patented, every one would steal the rights to it.

India is the country that invented so many things before Christ was born. Have you heard about Aryabhatta, Bhaskara, Varahamihra, the great scientists of India in BC? Their genes are still intact in so many Indians. Thats why you see so many brilliant Indians worldwide in all fields of science.

We do not need funding to invent. We need only brains which we have in huge amounts.

Once it is proved by IIT Bombay, we will start applying this magic dust on Solar Cells/Panels which will be made in India, the highest possible efficient solar panels that is ever to be made. We dont have plans to patent or license this to anyone. Yes, we came here to boast and we will keep boasting because we are capable of doing this.
