  • A new technology "micro heat pipe array"(heatruler)

    I introduce a new technology called micro heat pipe array can be used on solar power.

    "MHPA is the best heat exchange and transport material on the market for energy systems, as well as for heat dissipation and control in high-heat -flux, high power, and confined-space heat generating components. "

    Anyone heard about this technology?

    It has great advantages on High efficiency solar PV/T.

    Certainly have heard of it - for many uses it is a common technology. Standard (not the micro) heat pipes are a component of many tube type solar water heaters. The claim on efficiency? That you would have to prove to the world.

      The micro heat pipe array is a flat metal plate with multiple parallel micro-heat-pipes operating independently inside.

      High heat conductivity
      1. Up to 1,000,000 Watts/m•K
      2. Over 10 times the heat conductivity of conventional heat pipes
      3. Over 5,000 times the heat conductivity of solid aluminum

            Let me introduce more about this pipe.

            Highly isothermal: Temperature difference less than 1K/m
            Working temperature: -80~180℃
