Asking to the dye sensitized solar cells [DSSC].

Hi,

I am studying dye sensitized solar cell [DSSC].

As far as I know, DSSC cannot withstand an outdoor environment for a long

time, one reason is from the volatile electrolyte.

I would like to know are there someone in this forum following up this technology and how do you think about the future of DSSC ?

I am interested the DSSC because they can be a DIY project although its energy conversion rate is lower than silicon based solar cells.
