    Solar for Flats

Hi, I'm new here. I would like to build a case for social landlords to instal solar for flats in London UK. To keep cost down I am aiming at an off-grid system of a panel placed vertically attached to an inverter battery unit that can be used to power electronics and small appliances. PVwatt tells me I can expect up to 350kWh in this location with a 445w bi-facial panel but the power stations I have looked at do not accept more than 200w of solar input. Has anyone any advice/experience they can share?

    Hi mij8672,

I just replied on your other post, see that and add, a grid tied system will be easier to get approved and easier to design and cheaper to install, battery's add complexity and cost and the location of them in flats and units is often a big issue, cheers
