Yes, with massive amounts of seed money behind them.

On a related note, I'm still having an issue logging into my enPhase Micro Inverter gateway.

I figured out the HTML and can parse it easily enough. I'm going to write an android app for instant output.

However, I'd like to look into the SQLLite database they must use.

Here's my latest attempt. I used enphase, password, pass, root as passwords.

Bummer! I'll see how I can run a brute force attack on the device if I have to.

It isn't as easy as I'd hoped it would be.

I have repeatedly tried to ssh into it. No luck.
I downloaded Backtrack Linux (http://www.backtrack-linux.org/), loaded it up on a USB drive and tried rebooting the EMU with the USB drive in the port.

        No luck.

It still mounts to the EMU software.

I also tried plugging the EMU directly into my computer via a USB cable. Again, nothing. It is as if nothing is recognized.

            Thank you!

Oh, I just got my first bill since having solar installed.

Whereas I was using 40 kWh per day before solar, my first bill since solar shows 25 kWh per day. I went from a $260 bill in December to a $140 bill now.

Since they put the new meter on last week, I've been tracking my usage and see me using about 15 kWh per day. I expect the March bill to be even smaller!
