i didnt understand wat service you meant. If you mean how I would plan to raise money for solar plant then it will be by taking loan obviously.

This service-If any one can please provide me with necessary information to prepare a project report like procedures/permissions/certificates/land/investment&returns/customers/partners/govt. subsidies &loans etc.
