Unless you live In Australia I can drive out from NY and replace that tank for 20K. I get 15K for an 80 gallon complete drain back solar system with 64 sq.ft of collectors, includes building permit, engineeers and architects stamp and all the paper work required to get your $4000 NYSERDA rebate, and your 30% federal tax credit.
You are getting hosed.
