    questions on water pumping

I need to pump water for livestock into a 20,000 gal ring tank at a remote location. I have a Grundfos SQF pump that has been sized by the vendor. The pump is a variable frequency drive motor. The pump curve shows it pumps the most water at 1400 watts and up to 300 volts. I have a Zomeworks tracker that I want to place six Kyocera 265 watt panels on. The Voc for this panel is 38.3 and Vmp is 31.0 so the voltage would be under but total watts would be 190 watts over. The vendor said that no panel puts out 100% of its rating and with pump wire losses (110 feet of no 10) it should be fine. I don't want to over power the pump. Tracker angle will be 37.5 degree tilt at 3400 ft of elevation. 5.5 hours of sunlight for this region according to the charts. What do you think?

I think you will be OK. Generally, panels produce 80% of their nameplate wattage

The panels will only produce what the load can take for amperage.
