Problem with solar powered outdoor chandelier.

    Hi All,
This is a resurrection of a previous post on this topic from 2022.....I had problems with the light back then that were fixed, but now a new issue.
The lights have just suddenly stopped working....at dusk the elements inside the bulbs emit a very very dim light only.
The solar panel seems to be working as when I took it apart today, both batteries read 1.33v which leads me to believe the actual solar panel is keeping them charged, as I installed them a few weeks ago.
As mentioned, I solved a problem before similar to this, but I'm thinking the best thing to do would be to find a replacement solar panel, as I suspect maybe the circuit board is acting up? If the batteries are charged, the issue seems to be that charge getting to the lights themselves.
I know the photos are poor, but I know there are absolutely no markings at all on the panel itself so I'm wondering how to determine what exactly I need in terms of a replacement?
Any and all advice appreciated, including troubleshooting the existing equipment.
    Thanks.
