Question #2: Now that you're several months into it, are you still pleased with the whole experience and value?

Runner, I am happy with the value. The experience with Xcel was pretty bad, they are very slow. Unfortunately they are a big part of the process.

I used SunTalk. Had some issues with communications with them, but I think they remedied those issues. John (the owner) and Samantha (office worker) were good to work with. Let me know if you go with them, I think we both might get some sort of credit.
