    Fingerprint on my solar cell?

Hi guys I am new here! I am trying to make a 100 watt panel with these 3.4~3.6 watts solar cells, but upon receiving them I notice there are marks that kinda looked like fingerprint (i don't they are though). Will it affect the performance in any ways? Thanks in advance for your input!

looks like someone has been fondling your cells ! Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) should be able to wash them clean. before you laminate the cells, they should be as clean as possible, so that oils and stuff, don't cause strange things to happen to the cells over time.

Isn't that illegal in most of the developed world?
