Hi, an installer has recommended fitting Hyundai HiS-S250MG panels to my roof at a good price but I'm not sure how to check how they perform.
The data can be seen at https://www.energymatters.com.au/ima...lar-panels.pdf and shows:
Efficiency at 15.5% (but space on the roof isn't an issue for me)
Output power tolerance is +3/-0%
3 Temperature coefficients - Pmpp at -0.44, Voc at -0.34 and Isc at 0.052.
These figures mean little to me but I understand they are the measures of performance I should be looking at. I live in the UK where daytime temperatures rarely drop below 0C in the winter or go
above 30C in the summer.
I'd really appreciate any advice that you can offer on these panels. They may be cheap but are they any good?
