Sdge is stealing from me it seems. At 1am I take a snapshot of my last days generation posted just after midnight on the sdge portal. It looks good with graph showing a nice smile shape innthe graph as my solar gains during the day but by sometime later that day I check sdge and I show no generation for that day. I've documented it taking pics the last fey days. I called up support and they said it shows I haven't generated anything since jan 9. I didn't notice because solar gen is so little in Jan Feb. Been busy and had a big Vaca but wanted to look into it so I checked and I noticed only may 8th showed generation. Then later it showed the 8th didn't gen just like all the days I spot checked for months. Sdge told me my equip failed in Jan 9. They had no explanation for why it's shows my last days generation just after midnight then later "corrects it".
then it hit me. I'm in line to get a tesla powerwall w a rebate. Still haven't got it BUT the 8th was the day sdge came out and installed a powerwall connection collar on my meter. Not the battery co but sdge authorized installer. Sdge messed something up and has been deleting my data. I have an old sma system that keeps no records. I'm pretty sure sdge won't have it either but there is no way I will be letting them steal my solar. How is this not their mistake?
i called sde they want to claim my system is broken. Ignoring the proof that they recieve readings. they gave another number but they only take a msg and so fardont call back.
