What is your plan heading in to Q3 and Q4? Now that the rents are so high how do you adapt and grow in these times?

We have had two weeks of torrential rain, our ground is too wet and soft. Today has been our first day of clear sunny skies, I am hoping that tomorrow our ground will be firm enough to allow me to move my tractor. I was disc harrowing a field on the day before the rain began. But it is so soft right now my tractor would only get stuck if I tried to move it today.

Otherwise I do not see anything changing here.

We have an apartment building, just one vacancy, it should fill soon. We rent apartments at $450 a month [which includes heat and electricity], and a shared laundry room.

Correct, I'm trying to start my own solar business. But people are not able to take loans from banks right now, and I'm not able to fund them. So I'm just wondering if there is anything different people are doing in this periode to land deals.
