Solaredge Error 2x9D - Backup Consumption Too HigH

We had a power outage the other day and my SolarEdge inverter didn’t go into backup mode but instead went into error code 2x9D. I noticed the error said backup consumption too high however the load was less than normal for which the system is totally capable to manage. I turned off all the breakers and it would still go into error. If I turned iff the breaker that disconnects the system from the house it would go into backup mode. My guess is that it maybe a wiring problem or a setting in the system that is too sensitive. Ehem the power came back it all started working well again. My installer is MIA and Solaredge won’t support the home owner so I’m looking for guidance before I try to look for an independent installer that can support me.

I'm a neophyte in the solar business but I'm an outright pro in the making an effing scene game. Go to your installer's office and don't let them ignore you. Give them Dr. Jekyl to start but don't be afraid to bring out Mr. Hyde if necessary. MIA following an install error is absolutely unacceptable.

Can you define MIA?
MIA, as in not returning phone calls?
Or MIA, as in the company no longer exists?

Did you turn off the breaker that connects the house to the grid when the system was connected to the house? Or is there a breaker / transfer switch that should have auto-disconnected your house, but didn't?
Because if you were still connected to the grid (as well as the house) then the load would be your house AND all your neighbors. Which I think would be a lot higher than it would be designed for.

I haven't dealt with a StorEdge system (I'm assuming that's what you have).
But I do know that if you're trying to power all your neighbors, it's not going to be successful.
