    I just googled the username and it showed up in several forums, and all but one had the same join-date (Monday). Most of them had a similar post, something simple with no real content. There were also some admin reports of his login info on spam reporting websites. There were several more where the account had been deleted by the time I got there.

      I knew it was a spammer from just reading the post. I even made a note on my calendar to check back in a few days to see if a commercial link was edited into his reply at a later date. You might as well go ahead and ban him now and be done with it.

        We took out a HELOC for ours... back when Prime was 2%...

        but it was nice to pay the solar vendor in full. Our system is ours. We'll manage the HELOC payments until that loan is paid off. What was nice was that the HELOC paid for a lot of things that all tied together - the addition on the house, the full solar rig, upgrades to heat and hot water systems and a few other things. It was all good.
