    I have a tracer6415AN - 150V 3000W input rating at 48V battery system.
with 2000w solar panel installed in 4sx2 measures 120V -130V.
My problem is even battery is flat measures 48-48.5V only charging current is only 500ma. I have measured solar panel separately and is healthy at 6-8 amps per panel.
Battery is used battery and every thing else is new. Cables to battery is 25sqmm and to solar panel 6sqmm.

what I am missing? What is best way to get customer support? What if I need to connect to computer to see what is going on inside this mppt charger?

I have checked with different combinations and even 24V battery setup, no improvement.

Bypass the controller and wire 2 series panels directly to the battery. You WILL get a spark, so have good venting, so you don't blow up. Measure the charging current, you should get 5-6 amps, and then as soon as you are done measuring, disconnect the panels. (another spark) You don't want to cook your batteries. Do not use the MC4 connectors to make/break the connection, that will arc and ruin them.

Without connecting the PV panels, reboot the charge controller from the batteries only, does it configure itself properly ? if so, only after it's booted up, connect the PV panels to the controller.

Possibly reversed polarity in one of the strings? This would account for the dismal current measurement.

All is good at input side.

All panels configured correctly only. Voltage at controller input is proof for that.

            Then what are you asking?

What is the Max DC Voltage allowed on the controller ? 70V 100V 150V ?

You can have a bad panel that outputs voltage and poor current. Can't tell if it's the controller or the panel till you connect the panels direct to battery and measure amps going into battery
